She is the founder of The Waymaker Agency and the voice behind Love Big, Lead Well, where she explores leadership as a practice rooted in love, integrity, and purpose.
With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit, faith-based, and mission-driven spaces, Rozella brings a unique blend of soul, strategy, and structure to her work. She is known for creating spaces where leaders can slow down, tell the truth, and reconnect with who they are becoming, without abandoning responsibility or impact.
